The brother got Dad a really nice $hark $kin wallet that was still unused NIB when he passed; imagine one of the stepbrothers jumped on that and now probably regularly goes to church showing off their stepdad's expensive old shark skin wallet. Me, I still order the $9.95 cordura wallets from Amazon just so my kids won't fight over a nice one when I' gone. That's why I don't have a nice wallet. Besides I was raised to believe it's not how pretty one's wallet is; but what's inside that counts. Huh...wasn't this thread about wallets?

We recently had a guy who wanted to report his girlfriend missing. They'd been talking online for about 4 years and he sent her the money to fly from Texas to Indy to meet in person. Tragically, she was kidnapped and the kidnappers wanted a $10k ransom to release her.

This was, he assured the officer, not a scam. She was a Totally Real Girl (tm) who was Really Interested (tm) in him and not some guy in a basement scamming him for money.

Unfortunately, we were unable to report Totally Real Girl (tm) missing as he didn't know her real name, date of birth, address, etc. You'd think after 4 years of being Really Interested (tm) in him she'd have shared some of those details.

My favorite sketch is the vegetarian bacon one.

I never watched the show, but kept seeing clips of Ron here, so I got the first season at the library. After suffering through a couple episodes, I came to the conclusion that my original idea was I wouldn't like it was right. There is too much Amy and not enough Ron.
