I have all 3 calibers listed OP and I have to say the one that gets shot the most is 5.56/223 and yes I reload for all of them. I tried 300BLK about 3 years ago and it was neat but didn't really have a purpose for it that my 5.56 rifle couldn't do. Now that I have a can it was time to give it a shot once again. All I can say is the fact is that it is more expensive I cant shoot it as much as the 5.56 even reloading it, but man its FUN shooting suppressed and hearing a 208gr projectile smacking the backstop or whatever else you hit with it. With all that being said I really wouldn't get rid of your 5.56 upper for no more than they cost you should have at least one. If SHTF were to happen good chance you'd be able to find 5.56/223 ammo, 300BLK may be a different story. Yes that is a long shot but any more you just never know.
