I was reading somewhere (I believe fox News comments) someone was saying that using "13%" was racist. Now can someone explain to me what is racist about that? What is 13% I must be slow because I don't get it.

Not wanting to be labeled racist, I will tread lightly.

The implied meaning is that while African-Americans make up roughly 13% of the population, crimes committed seem to be credited disproportionately higher to that particular group.

...but that's because of an inherently racist system.


The term "New normal" is already being co-opted by BHO for the new way policing should be handled.
