No we were talking about Offircers having PC to make an arrest for solicitation. I simply added the other example on traffic infractions etc (you know the normal reasonable "to some of us" codes everyone is suppose to follow) because of the way the other respondent worded their answer. No one was talking about the boogie men kicking in anyones door and "taking thier guns"

Thats one thing a lot of folks are good at on this site is fear mongering and spinning so go ahead and have fun with it!
