Well we have had this hunt planed for a while and tomorrow morning we are going. Forcast sounds like heavy winds, gusting up into the 50's at times. Doesn't sound like to much snow but definetly cold in the low 20's. Two of my buddies called to see if I was still gonna go. Heck yes were going, can't put the smack down on a yote sittin in the lazy boy. Hopefully we can call a few out tomorrow. The plan is to call them out of the woods into the open field. With this wind it'll be tuff conditions but they still gotta eat, and where we are going, they are pretty thick.

Well we had a great time! Couldn't get any dirty dogs to come out but it was a beautiful morning. The snow was amazing, it was just awesome sitting out there and watching the world do it's thing. Took a few pics because as we all know :postpics:

As the saying goes, " A bad day in the woods, is still better than a good day at work". The only thing missing was the yotes.

that's some hardcore hunting right there! Wish you coulda got some action. I shot a yote once deer hunting. A group of four came running thru and I shot the biggest one, a deep red colored male. No deer that day but was definitely a good day!
