It was 12 weeks as of yesterday for me and still nothing. I'm betting it'll be another month. I did L-1 and have a clean record.

Applied Marion county on 12/28/13. Initially did ink prints then did L1. Clean record. Got my permit last Friday the 12th!

Did L-1 January 11, 2013. Visited local PD same day and they held transmission to ISP until Jan. 29, 2013 (don't know why). Received LTCH today April 20, 2013. Clean record.

That seems to be a common theme. I wonder if that is what happened to mine also.

The locals do have the authority to review and approve or recommend disapproval of your app before they transmit it to ISP, so if they are backed up, it slows down the whole train.

One would think. I applied 1/2 Non-L1 and still waiting as well. Sooner or later, it will show up.

I did my L1 on January 19th, then to 50 S Alabama on January 24th. Paid cash. At this point I'm in Week 7, so am expecting at least another 5 weeks before I see anything.

OOHRAH! Issued April 18, in my hand on April 20. Under 12 weeks: January 24 - April 18. Clean record, I have never even sat in a police car. Time to copy, copy, copy, sign one copy, laminate, carry.

Still haven't gotten a response to the email I sent 17 days ago. 96 days since I applied as well.....this is starting to get ridiculous!

I did my L1 and fingerprints on december 27th in Hendrick's county, Finally got my little pink piece of paper today in the mail!!! I was getting a bit worried there ha ha ha

FINALLY! Squeaky clean record, L1 I finally got my License To Carry today. My wife sent me a picture while I was at work. Raced home after my shift, Copied, laminated (by the way staples gave me no problems and less than $5 for 3 licenses laminated) then had Moes Great day.

Fingerprints L1: 1/14
Transmitted to ISP: 1/29
Issued: 4/18
Received: 4/20

Waited 13 weeks 5 days
96 day wait
