I am so freaking mad. I sent an email to a woman at ISP (got her email from this thread) saying that I understand arrests and the high volume of apps increase the wait and that I was wondering what the hold up was since its been just over 9 months since I applied. She replied telling me that my app is in processing and that arrests and the high volume of apps increase the wait time.... She was very helpful

Last time I called, the guy said it would be 5-6 weeks from the date it went into processing, its been 11 weeks.
First I was hoping I would have gotten it by Christmas, then I was hoping the week of July 4th. Now I might as well forget about my birthday and just hope for it by Christmas again.....

The fact that your app is in processing is encouraging. At least it isn't lost.

Well after my rant yesterday...today is a different day

April 12th- Online app submitted paid CC
April 15th- L1 prints, paid Fishers PD cash
July 15th- Issued Lifetime LTCH
July 17th- Received pink slip in the mail
13 weeks 6 days from submission of App

They never have really replied to emails. About 1 in every 20 emails sent got answered. I emailed them several times and never recieved anything back

local Greenfield police dept. for prints
after getting printed, I was handed the envelope and told to mail it myself.
I went straight to the post office. this was the afternoon of April 26.
$75 M/O cashed on April 3.
$50 M/O cashed on May 1.

it's still relatively early in the waiting game for me.
I'm assuming I have at least another month or two...

If you saved your money order receipt, they should be able to track it for you. That will give you somewhat of a starting point.

As I recall, Greenfield is a little pokey. Hopefully not in your case.

I tried MoneyGram.com to no avail.
I guess I should call the PD to see when they cashed it?
