    No, but you could make a very strong argument about most of these homicides occuring around very very poor areas. No one wants to address the root cause of the problem.

    Why don't the poor PoNC (People of non-Color) kill each other at similar rates, if socio-economic status is truly the 'root cause of the problem'? I don't think the data supports your conclusion
