    My houseboat on Lake Michigan
    I understand the hammond pd has its hands full but it was not a weekend it was thursday morning and they did respond to the call. How fast did they respond is the difference maker. I just dont understand how no one saw anything or their security was so easily beaten. The article said they went through the front, that is a busy street even late at night to break in and steal that many weapons its not like this was a gone in 60 seconds type deal, I dont see this being a smash and grab. To break through those metal shutters I would assume would creat quite a bit of noise and take a little bit of time. I know many people drive down Kennedy Ave. on their way to BP and the mills. Boggles my mind how this was so quick and their were no witnesses. Seems pretty fishy....
