Did Obama actually state he wants redistribution of wealth by racial divides?

He did not use those words, but he sure seems to have said that he wants to have redistribution of wealth on racial grounds through some sort of legislative force. It may be via taxes, regulations, etc???

Here are his exact words to a group of Hispanics at a rally:
    Barack Obama said:
'We're gonna punish our enemies and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us.'

    So what does it mean?

He just wants to destroy this country. Anyone believe in the notradumus theories of the 3rd anti-christ? If not, google it and draw your own conclusions about who you believe that may be

What the text appears to state is that one can be bought (rewarded) to sell out or turn on your own United States countrymen through money, benefits or whatever. From the videos I've seen lately, that's what the text and video voice seems to be saying.

Most of his rhetoric can be found in "The Communist Manifesto", "Mein Kampf" and the works of Saul Alinsky.
It's a recurring theme of "You're either with us, or against us."
That theme has been the basis of almost all unification theories in history.
It's most often a desperate attempt to scare your former supporters back into the fold by threatening dire consequences for the wayward. :noway:

What I'm shocked and outraged about is that a U.S. President just declared half the country as his "enemies." Not loyal opposition, not good folks who just disagree, but enemies.

He is nothing more than a Chicago Street Pimp.
We shouldn't be surprised when he acts like one.

No.... He's the unifier.... He would never put the words of his psycho preacher, Wright into play, or that of his afrocentric/supremist buddy, Henry Louis Gates (The guy screaming "wacism" when he gave Officers a reason to arrest him, whom Obama called stupid, in typical liberal fashion.)

You are reading way too much into this.... .

what i find interesting is the complacency in simply calling him a Chicago street pimp. are we not at war? is it not treasonous to encourage our enemies to rise up against us during a time of war? at what point do we, a citizens, decide that enough is enough from this regime?

A guy named Nikita and someone called Chairman Mao tried this a few decades ago. The former's country shattered, while the latter's is hanging on by a thread.

The coming election will be very interesting. I wonder how many precincts will have more people voting than living there???

Why don't we put it in context to see what he meant?
“If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, ‘We’re gonna punish our enemies and we’re gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us,’ if they don’t see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election, then I think it’s gonna be harder and that’s why I think it’s so important that people focus on voting on November 2.”
Just more demagoguery from a dem to incite a dem segment to get out and vote. Both sides of the Boot On Your Neck Party are using inflammatory language to rile up their base voters and get them out on Tuesday. There's too much anger on both sides and it's going to make things worse than ever, even after Tuesday.
