We need an INGO safe space where only encouraging and supportive comments are allowed.

Ex 1: After you fell and were rolling around on the ground, I couldn't help but admire how wrinkle-free your shirt stayed.

Ex 2: Your stance was perfect on that third Mike.

Ex 3: I could tell you've really mastered tap-rack-bang after about the tenth malfunction on the last stage.

Ex 4: You saved the match a lot of paster money with all those Mikes.
