Do you carry at home?

Not very often in my neighborhood.


I admit it. I don’t carry a gun when I’m walking around the house in my underwear.

Not very often in many neighborhoods but 100% of home invasions happen in the home. I play the stakes and not the odds.

I can't carry in my undies, either. They sag. My undies, that is.

If I'm awake I have a gun on me or next to me. Home or not.

When I was choosing a top to wear for my daughter's wedding, she had picked one out that was tighter fitting. When I told her that wouldn't conceal my gun very well, she asked if I really felt the need to carry at her wedding. I just asked her why I wouldn't carry at her wedding since I carry everywhere any other time. Nobody knew I was carrying except her, my husband and me.

Pay attention to the nightly news instead of just "watching" it. Every day people are robbed, raped, and/or murdered in their houses. I no longer have children in my house so i have a
gun hidden and readily available in ever room of my house.

Yes, I tend to carry at home. My safe is on 2nd floor and I spend most of my time on the first.

No need yet, but Fishers will look and feel like Lawrence soon enough, its just a matter of time.
When I go out, yes a Glock .40 somewhere on me guaranteed.

Someday unfortunately, we may have to be armed for bears in and out of the house.

When I get dressed the gun does on and stays on until I get ready for bed. I am at the computer right now with G26 in my waist band and G43 in my pocket. My grandson asked me why I carry a gun all of the time, I said because I am to old to fight and I don't heal as fast as I used too.

A majority of the time, yes. However, there are times when I have a gun close at hand but not on my person.

i have multiple guns "stashed" around the house, cocked ad locked.
if someone knocks on my front door, i know it's a stranger, (family uses the back door) when i open the door they are greeted by our 100lb GSD and a plainly visible pistol.

if i'm alone in the garage, especially at night, i have a weapon on me in plain sight.
if a stranger comes up the driveway, the dog lets me know, i close the door and "greet" them about 1/2 way up the driveway.

strangers dont stay around very long....
