    I think that morbidly obese people often have other health issues to deal with than thinner, or rather healthier people. I don't think that they would deal with starvation as well.

    It would take A LOT for me to consider eating somebody. That being said, I would eat another person before I killed my dog for food.
    That is odd.

    Plenty of fat people starve to death due to malnutrition.
