"At" or "near"? Enquiring minds want to know.

Still wondering about that bombing "at" the NAACP office a while back. Which didn't, as it turns out, have anything to do with the NAACP...

Just read one of the officers decided to pull up and get behind his car and engage the suspect.

50%, the percpercentage of time a bullet penetrates sheet metal, people should really stop using vehicles for cover as they are not cover!

To drive into a known shooting scene and take cover behind your vehicle is like playing Russian routlet.

I'm sure police are trained to use the engine block and other structure as cover. It ain't just one piece of sheet metal between LEO and shooter.

So if there is zero info on the suspect or motive, how did you come up with your thread title?

Chez moonlights as a headline/copy writer for NPR and MSNBC.......Please don't ever let them know he is into guns, knives, and various un PC devices...It could cost him his job....I heard that he is also the reason Rachael switched to.............Oh nevermind....

    :)

If it turns out that the shooting was never connected with PP, may we seize the guilty "journalist" responsible for reporting it thus, and thrash him with hickory gads before drumming him/her out of the "profession"?

Please. The "journalists" pumping this story line were just following industry standards. If you drummed them all out of the "the profession", you'd chop off the right arm of the Democratic Party. I'm actually surprised they didn't work in "militia" some how.

Some doors are safer than others...
Doesn't mean I'd purposely test that though.

Maybe the shooter is a radical "Pro Choice" advocate afraid that some right-winger might close the Planned Parenthood Clinic.
