Being the super smart guy I am .....saved it cryptic on my phone.
    That code had been erased.

I am about to go to Lowes and get a saw. Not kidding.

Never had a problem, but with so many codes and other at work and home............I have spaced my combo.

WTF did I have a stroke yesterday?

Dunno if a safe service company can hack it or not. Dial safe, Liberty brand.

Also had it wrote down someplace...............yeah, that's nowhere to be found.

I have done that once. Just let it go, forget about it and do something else. Mine popped into my head about 4 hours after I stopped obsessing about it.

This is a primo example of why I leave at least one gun out at all times. I don't trust my mind with a six digit combination at 0230. . . .

    Liberty is closed.
I always have a defensive gun out.
I realized I forgot the combo yesterday.
Today I do not remember it (3 of 4 numbers, but possibly 2 out of sequence).

It's either locksmith (if they can) or I'm cutting the F'r open.

Got it! Knew the first, and last two..............so sat there grinding away trying it with a diff number (sequential).
That 4 turn to clear to start each time............I think my wrist is gone.

    I don't need the stress.

Cubs, Trump............deer season (lost safe combo).

OK, so the safe is open. And I didn't have to get a cool new saw to do it (that would have been a cool toy).

On a serious note, with all my combos,passwords..........working in engineering.............I have a zillion numbers in my head, and always keep em straight.
Hell last week if you asked me what my HS locker combo was I'd probably have had it.

How in the world did I just space this combo?

Lack of sleep has been tremendous............but c'mon...............I had this memorized. For 4 yrs.
And totally blanked the 2nd number.

I did kinda sorta remember that it was within a 20 or so number range of the first number.
So just chugged through til I got it.

Am VERY disappointed in myself for having lost that 2nd number.

    Something is not right.

It just boggles me that I forgot it.

Well it's electronically stored in 2 separate places now.
And there will be a written version placed somewhere..........of course if the other safe spots go down I won't remember where I wrote the backup to the backups.

Few months ago I lost the combo to one safe and I got it open with a hole saw blade and a drill. About an hour after I cleaned up the mess, I found the combo.

I lost a safe combination for over four years. I finally borrowed an electronic safe cracker from a friend, and four hours later the safe popped open, and the gizmo recorded the combination for me too.

I knew for sure the 1st number. Knew the last, and with that, a relationship kinda sorta to the 3rd.
But I thought the 4 numbers had two different relationships, first pair, last pair.
It was that "shape" that had me in the right range to try the 2nd number.
But having forgotten it, shook my confidence in the others.
So I just did it over and over, sequentially, until it worked.

Kinda like I ditched Windows XP and got all hippie with 10........and "knew" how to make it work.
    Not efficient this hippie boolsheet.

    But it worked.

Only because I was an art major way back, look at stuff oddly at times.

Still royally honked off I forgot it. Knew it was lost yesterday, didn't freak................let it roll and tried today...........no luck.
    THAT really got me steamed.

    Getting old sucks :(
