I know I can find it online. That's not the issue. It's the fact that a major retailer that once carried it, no longer carries it. I'm just wondering about how much support this chambering will have in the future. It's a caliber I am seriously considering.

Did you ask them why it was pulled?
My guess is becuase they found out the jamacian was using it.

BTW, Wolf Ammo has announced they will be brining in cheap to shoot steel cased 6.5 Grendel for the 3 gun competitors and other Grendel shooters.

I'm figuring that's the case but this store (Hammond) had a decent supply of Hornady as well as a few boxes of Wolf just a few months ago. Those spots aren't even marked on the shelf anymore.

No. I should have but I was in a bit of a hurry this morning. Besides, they seemed to be in the middle of a hardcore inventory.

Anyway, to stay on topic ... I was dying to try out the 6.5 Grendel at the last M&S so it's a good thing I couldn't make it anyway since I would have wasted a trip Cabela's that morning. Now I know I need to order it ahead of time. (Just what I need ... a growing stash of ammo in a caliber I don't own.)

I have thousands of rounds of 6.5 Grendel. I always bring enough to the Meet & Shoots for anyone to shoot.

At the last even I had 3 different loads. Wolf 123grain soft point. Wolf 120grain MTP. Precision Ammo 123grain Lapua Scenar.
