I've got this Smith & Wesson Model of 1917 made in 1918. It's a shooter; not a collecter.
Me too on all counts. This one was rebuilt at Springfield Armory in FY41 (1 of 10,263 S&Ws IIRC) so it's parked not blued. Love the history...
I have a Colt Detective Special with an integrated blade sight. At least I think it does. It's been a when since I've seen it. It's currently in the possession of the ATF and State of Kentucky. Long story.
