Here it is a little over 2 years later. I fixed the luger. I started thinking about it about 3 days ago did some more searching and found the answer. The trigger lever that pushes the trigger bar needed to be sanded down on the top edge so the trigger bar plunger would spring back out. So when you pulled the trigger the lever would be on top of the trigger bar plunger and make the trigger bar pivot to release the firing pin. Before the trigger lever was to high keeping the trigger bar plunger from moving in to its place, then no firing pin release. The gun fire like the day it was made. Here are some picture.
