According to Giuliani, the computer store owner made four copies of the hard drive but turned the original over to the FBI {{in December, 2019}}. He gave two copies to his friends in case he was killed. He waited four or five months before he sent letters to various Republicans asking if they would be interested in the data.

“We were the first to respond, or the only ones to respond,” the president’s personal attorney explained.

So many questions. How exactly did Guiliani get a copy, which he subsequently released to a tabloid? Remember Rudy is a private citizen. If we’re saying the president allowed him access, did he also allow him to release that sensitive information to the public?. Does fixing a computer require one to exhaustively inspect the files contained? I think, “if” true, there’s some serious privacy issues to consider.

I also don’t get what the crime is, that would involve sending this to the FBI. How would Hunter Biden be criminally liable for failing to report himself as a foreign agent, simply for having a 10% stake in a Chinese company? Where is the part if him acting on behalf of a government? Further, “if” Joe Biden did take over that 10% stake, secretly, why is that an issue. Are politicians legally required to divulge their foreign business interests?

It's my understanding that the shop owner only looked into the hard drive's contents after ownership of the laptop transferred to him since whomever dropped it off defaulted on payment and didn't pick it up, so I think that would eliminate his liability regarding privacy. At that point, he was releasing the data on "his" property. I'll admit that's speculation on my part, but it would explain it.

Two weeks until the election. Doubtful they can get investigative hearings started before then. To many this just seems like shenanigans. We’ll see how this pans out.

Actually it appears that Barr might just have delayed doing anything with the evidence because 60 days out from the election is a cut off point.

In other words, is he working an agenda of his own? what exactly is Mr. Barr any how?

The computer "tech" who worked on 3 of Biden's computers for less than $100.

It's no wonder you guys are Trump supporters.

    You'll believe Giuliani.

    That's almost insane.

Nobody believes Giuliani. Not even Trump.

The computer tech is legally blind, and in fear for his life. And Giuliani and exiled Chinese billionaires are involved. What's the endgame here? Giuliani's been shunned by Trump before, so maybe he's just out for himself? So many random connections

I guess I’ll just wait until the charges come down.

I wish the system were not corrupt and the American people could count on the authorities to do right. But alas the deep state is quick to charge those associated with outsiders but not those insiders like Biden and HRC.

Until there is a complete overhaul of FBI and DOJ many of us just cannot trust them. Can you imagine the press and DOJ if this whole computer situation were reversed?

The FBI agent, Joshua Wilson, who signed the subpoena for the laptop and backup drive, is the SSA for the FBI's CARD team - Child Abduction Rapid Deployment.

IT personnel are required to report any potential child pornography to the authorities we find in the course of our jobs. Federal law.

Coincidence? I don't know. Time will tell.

    I hope Giuli likes SingSing.

Rudy wanted so badly to be a big dog politician after leaving NYC. I feel sorry for the guy, because he’s ruined an otherwise great legacy. Perhaps history will be kind to him, for what he’s done, because there are certainly more noteworthy cucks than him.

Finding kiddie porn on the computer would be bad, lots of underage hookers in China. Pictures like that could be real trouble.
