I could be wrong, but I think it's more like KAPOW!....according to some popular gun writers,KABOOM=catastrophic failure......I think we can all agree that KABOOM=BAD,KAPOW=GOOD?
Even funnier that if you do a google image search for cz kaboom, most of the hits are glocks. And some are scary.
Your Glock will be fine with factory ammo or once or twice fired reloaded brass as long as you don't try to hot rod the cartridge you're loading. I loaded thousands and thousands of rounds for the original G17 with no trouble. Just keep your powder charges sensible.
I, too, failed to come up with a CZ kaboom after extensive googling. I've come to the conclusion that there are no survivors left to tell about their kabooms.I notice none of these pictures are of a CZ going kaboom....
Glocks have looser chambers that don't have as much support as one would like at the feed ramp area, usually in the .40 models (but sometimes in other chamberings as well)
I'm new to the glocks scene and I'm in the market for either a glocks or m&p and was wondering what ppl are saying about glocks going kaboom or not going kaboom....please explain
