The gun came in a case with accessories including a holster if anyone has ever bought a xd gun, im sure the gun works
You're talking about that plastic holster, right? How much time have you spent drawing a dry firing with that setup?

The gun was probably reliable when it was new, then it's been .... ??? ...

    And, what about the ammo?

You're betting your life on a lot of unknowns.

    :twocents:

I own and carry an XD. There's no way I'd ever carry without testing it first. Every time I switch magazines or ammo, it's test, test, test...

Suggestions and helpful hints might work with a little less ridicule.
I'll admit it, I'm a whole lot snarkier when I see a user that has atrocious grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.

If someone can't be bothered to respect the readers of their posts, then...

OK folks. It is obvious we are not going to do much good in this thread.
The posting history of the OP pretty much says it all.
We are all individuals and see/do as we see fit.
It does make me nervous that some folks own firearms. Not a lot we can do about it.

The basic composition of the posts (text speak) says a lot.

    I am considering closing this.

I'm with Actaeon on this one.
Someone who is either of questionable state of mind to own a gun or acting the part is far too serious a subject to make light of and just ignore the possible dire ramifications.

Unfortunately we are only armed with a keyboard in all of this. What good can be done.
A look through some of the history here shows a steady mindset. Not poking fun or being mean just stating a solid fact.

I want to be happy for the OP, but from hands on experience with people suffering from emotional and mental issues... I don't like what I'm seeing.
