One of the S.O.P.'s od these gub buybacks, nationwide, has been that the LEO's will "Ask no questions" when the guns are bought back. The reason for this is to get the illegal guns off the street (stolen).

So, that means there is a pretty good likelyhood that many of these guns could be stolen, which means you might be buying stolen guns.
