Was there a memo that came out that I missed that specified if your not a young adult and you wear one it’s because you have hair loss?

I will usually wear one most times in the Spring Summer during work and off hours, keeps the sweat out of my eyes. Today a bunch of us met up for lunch so I come in set down , take my hat off. Next thing you know the resident wise *** pops up and says damn you have hair. Me ah yeah is that news flash or something? Apparently only bald people wear Ball caps?

I had to wear a baseball style hat for almost 10 years when I worked for TGI Fridays in the mid 80's to mid 90's. I wasn't bald back then. :): I just don't like to wear them, generally speaking, although with my barren landscape of a scalp, I probably should.

I think the only ones I have now are my INGO hat and my NRA hat. About the only time I wore my INGO hat was when I was going to be at a show, in case any of the folks from here recognized it and said something. Always been nice to meet fellow INGOers up to this point.

I wear a white boony hat most of the time in the summer.

I also shave my hair off a couple times per month.

Really wish I'd just go bald.

I haven't shaved my head yet, but I do the same with a 1/8" guard on the clippers. I always wondered if you were supposed to keep it shaved or not. When mine gets much over 1/4" or 3/8" long, I cut it. It's been as long as 1/2", but then I just looked like a girl. Or a damned hippie. ;)

I have not gotten a shave or a hair cut since 2019. Lack of hair is not a problem. I wear a Fedora almost all the time and sometimes a ball cap.

I never wore hats and didn't really care for them. But I have little to no hair(been cutting my own hair with trimmers with no guard for 10 years now).

Last winter the doc found some basil cell carcinoma on the top of head and cut a fairly large chunk out. I decided then and there that I would start wearing a hat. So I used the winter to get in the habit but I still leave home at times without one.

So I keep one in my car now and try to wear it.

I still feel a bit weird wearing one, but if it can help ward off more head surgeries , it's worth it.

I started getting thin on top a couple years ago. I bought one of those 5 blade rotary Freedom shavers and I swear by it and wish I bought it years ago. I'm not about vanity anyway. I couldn't care less. I poke fun at myself all the time. This is a shot my wife took when she was scalping the coconut outdoors. Enjoy my reddish porn 'stache!

25 years old and already lost most of my hair on top. Started wearing a baseball cap around 2.5 years ago. I purposely wear it backwards to look a little less awkward.

Inherited my dad's (lack of) hair (motto: I have better things to do with my hormones than grow hair). Once it started thinning, I started wearing hats of various styles to keep the cancer away. Both my parents had to deal with skin cancer, so I wanted to delay that. Mostly baseball caps, with some boonies and a Tajik cap occasionally. I feel partly naked if I go outside without a hat now.
