Has PSA shipping taken a dump again?

I ordered a 308 upper from Delta Team Tactical on 1/8, and its status still shows as "New". I just sent them an email to see what was up. I've never had PSA take that long to at least make it to the "Processing" status.

ordered my upper kit, lower + some random parts on the 8th and they were just sent on the 20th. So it took them 12 days to get it altogether. I Should have my stuff pretty soon though!

I ordered 10 their Gen3 (non-windowed) PMags and a plain jane 14.5" upper (plain except for the M-Loc RAS) when they had the package on sale for $320 during their Christmas sale.

Ordered 12/23/17 and it was delivered on 1/2/18. Not good or bad; just ran across the box & receipt this morning. Seemed kinda fast for PSA, especially this time of year.
