IMHO a lite 30 can is the best 556 can. Some of these 556 cans can put more hurtin to the shhoters ear than a 30. I would see what shot show comes up with. Rumor has it griffan will be introducing a can called the Alpha. Think of it as a take apart Recce7 but made of ti and 17-4. Comes with 556 and 30 end caps along with mounts. That would make it a rimfire can as well but no 9mm. Comes in at 16.3 oz with mount

What length barrel? I have 762 Saker for a 10.5" 556 and a 9" 300BLK. ZERO regrets. In my opinion, you can't beat the Tri-fecta quick mount plus many have raved about Silencerco's customer service (I haven't had to use it yet). Plus the Saker is built like a tank. If you are using it a lot on the end of a 16", it might be a bit on the heavy side.

Maybe another idea would be the Dead Air Sandman-S?
