Well I believe that quote is stated backwards. I MAKE READY like a champ every time. THEN I make the excuses after I
unload and show clear. Just breaking it down from a fundamental stand point.

Open, limited and limited10 allow junk carry.

And revolver.

I am in Limited Division, Minor Power Factor when I use my G17. Unless I have the light mounted, then it's Open Division.
