Good news! He says that I am right and he wants my ffl to fax his license to him (which he somehow lost). My ffl is closed today so it will be tomorrow. I told him that I needed the gun overnighted. We'll see what he says to that.

Glad to hear this... keep us updated. It is amazing to me that he somehow lost the fact that he cashed your MO, but now recalls it since you have shown him proof.

I just realized I never mentioned what gun I bought. It is a CZ-82. Looks like I will have to have it duracoated (which I am excited about since I get to pick the color/s). It looks like it's in good shape otherwise. I will post pics once I have the gun.
