i have everything i could,i mean should want in firearms.but 22s,i am going to admit this once cause i had a beer or two,and i am bored.i have 91 22s plus ten.you probably think i cant add.until they get to tenn. i dont count the ten as mine.the trader that i am.got a few high power rifles also, but i lost interest in them.22s have always been my weakness.people dont have respect for them that i do.thats how i got that many.back when i started i bought every high power i could get because they werent popular here in ind. wife thinks i got about 60,so i will probably lose half of them.need to find the 30 i can part with.sold all my mod. 60 for 60.00 a piece on local sales network , thanksgiving.i like most of my other stuff.cant buy junk on here for under 500.00.not ingo,i mean computer period.other than that i am happy.question,do i have to stay on subject on my own thread?who really likes 22s?

The model 60 is a great gun for a kid or for squirrels and groundhogs. Or in an all-out-war.....as a club.
Remington makes a couple of superb .22's - the 597 and the Viper. Ruger makes a decant .22 - the 10/22 and an excelent one - the 77/22.

I love .22s!!! Now that we've got the carry guns we want, Cathy and I have decided we want to start collecting .22s to add to what we've got. Rifles, handguns, doesn't matter.

I started out with 22s back many years ago with my father teaching me firearm safety. Thought a man had to carry something big (other then ?) then became involved in the 4H Shooting Sports program where they shoot 22s. Now my favorite is the 22, lately have purchased 2 S&Ws A1 like those repair has. Also bought a Ruger Charger and a Walther P22 with laser (wife loves this gun for carry).
Looking for a 22 conversion for my AR-15 right now so that we can use it at the 4H shoots.
Have 2 grandsons 2 and 3 years old and they both (with alot of hands on from Dads and Grandpa of course) love these!

I too have a special place in my heart, and safe, for .22s. Have many favorites, but the one I like to pull out the most is my Calico M100. Something about having 100 rounds of any ammo in a single mag is nice, but when it is 100 rounds of affordable .22LR it is just a bit nicer!

I shot my 10/22 and Buckmark pistol for the first time in a long time yesterday. Lots of fun.

I'd like to have a nice bolt action 22 next.

Show some love for the model 60, I've had mine for 30 years.

My love for the .22LR round is steadily increasing...

Before the boating accident, I had a Marlin Model 60 (first rifle I ever bought), Ruger 10/22, CZ-452 Varmint, and a Ruger Mk II 22/45 with a PacLite upper that was just BEGGING to be suppressed.

In the past, I've also owned a Ruger Mk II NRA Special Edition with cocobolo grips and an H&R 926 9-shot break-top revolver.

The first firearm I ever shot was my dad's BL-22; a firearm that I'd dearly love to have...but he won't let me.

And just this weekend, I brought home an old Mossberg .22 semi-auto of some kind (151?) to clean up and get in good working order.

Wish I had more money for more .22LRs. :)

Marlin/Glenfield 60 is probably my current favorite .22 rifle.

I picked up a single-action Heritage Arms "Rough Rider" .22 wheelgun at last year's local garage sale. That's a hoot, lemme tell ya!

Swap the cylinder out and you've got an instant .22 mag upgrade :)

Who wouldn't love .22's? Just resighted in my 10/22's for Appleseed this weekend, and gee golly, I'm excited! .22's are just a good thing to have around, relatively inexpensive to shoot, to buy, nice to train on, can be extremely accurate and expensive, or not, and can be used for so many different tasks. So feel the love!

Oh yeah and that Glock conversion for sale I keep getting tempted with.

I love 22's. Things keep going the way they are they will be the only things I can afford to shoot.
