Im not sure if the rest of you know this but no where in the constitution does it call for a separation of Church and State. Read it and you will see. The closet it comes is in the 1st Amendment and it just states that the Gov will not establish a religion. Or stopping people from exercising there own religion. It is just there to prevent the Government from forcing people into religions like the King of England did when he wanted to get a Divorce so he forced people to become his new Religion.
Agree, and +1. The phrase "separation of church and state," correctly attributed to Jefferson, is found in a letter he wrote to church people in Danbury, CT, intended to reassure them that the government would stay out of religion and would in no way infringe on religious rights.

The left often provides the disinformation that this phrase is found in the constitution. It is not.

No where in what was wrote stated that the seperation of church and state is in the constitution. What was stated was, " taking from the wisdom of our founding fathers".
