I bought my first gun last night!

After months of searching I finally bought my gun- M&P Shield 9mm. So far it is comfortable to carry. Next up- actually shooting it. Very excited!

No, I am not carrying a gun I haven't shot, just a bit around the house to get accustomed to it. I haven't even loaded it yet. I don't plan on carrying it until I am comfortable with it.

how did you know? The first thing I did was give it some bling. Painted it pink and purple and used my bedazzler. It's real pretty now!

Made it to the range today. Much easier to manage the recoil compared to my .45. The only problem is it pinches my finger between the grip and my ring, so I need to adjust my grip.

I get the feeling that if you bought that gun you liked the way it felt, I know everybody I had operate my Shield 9mm also loved it. It's a very nice shooting gun - I never would have doubted one to save my life. Hope it serves you as well as I believe it will :-)
