    Find it, you must.
    Its funny, I trust.

This is no place to wonder,
    You should look over yonder,
    And over and under,
Let no distraction let your mind wander!

    Waste no time!
Find the path to the rhyme!

    Or we'll give you grief
    Until you post the brief!

That shut down this poor innocent prisoner.

Pro Se plaintiff complaining of poor medical care. He claimed he was put in prison to silence him because he had information on illegal deer kills performed under orders from Frank O'Bannon from State Police Airplanes.

    I'm going to regret this:

Alas, the Rep wardens are denying me the natural right to rep you.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to HoughMade again.

IF you don't mind sharing OP, what did you used to do that normally makes them think you are biased? I've had to go twice and was sent home immediately both times.

I get the honor of being the first YouTube "Thumbs Up" on that one.

Hey Doug, if you do go to trial and want some company at lunch, let me know.

I'd like to get in on the 18 month gig. The Jury I got sellected for was a local murder trial. Pretty easy trial. I had long hair and was pretty sure I'd get sellected. Defense doesn't like you straight laced uptight guys. You may already see through the BS. If you want to serve, you need to look like some one on the bus going home from 7-11. Just a plain Joe.

I've only filled out a jury duty questionnaire once and it was for federal court. It was about 2 months ago, so I guess I didn't make the cut.

:( I have never been called, notified, received any communication for any jury duty ever, at all.
Been registered to vote since 1978. Lived in the same house since 92. Licensed to drive and had vehicle registered in my name since 76....
They must have me on some list....

I used to sell insurance and I used to work as a confinement officer. On civil cases one side doesn't like me and on criminal cases one side doesn't like me - IF they ask.

I Was the head of maintenace at the federal court house in Ft Wayne , I am exempt from jury duty, neat old building, lots fun and interesting things there.......my first week on the job, there was a trial in the big 2nd floor court room, a guy declared himself his own country and tried passing phoney checks drawn on the federal reserve......the only place I did not lime was the federal marshal holding cell area.......anyone know the ghost that smokes a pipe story?

I got a questionnaire for federal court a couple of years ago. It indicated I could be called to appear at any of the various federal courts - Hammond, Lafayette, Fort Wayne or South Bend I think...it listed all of them. I filled it out but never got called. I believe I was to be on the "call list" for three months. It wasn't for any specific trial.

I have been called for jury duty 3 times. Last was for a murder that was plead bargained before we hardly got started. I am one of the few that was looking forward to the process. I haven't been called since. Bummer.

A federal case, sounds interesting. Hopefully you won;t be tied up to long.

Must have been the Grand Jury. That's more of a part-time job.

Yep, initially he said it was interesting. But after months and months, it got to be a pain in the a*s. One of the trials may have been the former mayor of Lake Station.
