He CAN certainly be put on trial, but I doubt the House Dems have the stones to set themselves up to have their teeth kicked in both in the Senate and the electorate.

With what is out there currently, trial talk is verging on fantasy. That could change, but I would be surprised.

Where you are wrong is no a trial doesn't force everyone to prove everything they claim. Only one side has to prove anything, and that is the prosecution. You seem well educated on some things, others not so much. How govt works and the law are two of the latter. Your earlier post talking about (paraphrasing) how infringing on a constitutionally protected right requires a 2/3 rds majority vote in both houses and signature by the President. I thought you were referencing passing a law, someone else mentioned changing the Constitution. In either case you were wrong. I pointed out how you were wrong in regards to passing a law. To amend the Constitution does require a 2/3 rds majority vote in both houses but it doesn't go to the President. He has absolutely nothing to do with the process legally/Constitutionally speaking. If it passes both houses it then goes to the states, which have to ratify it with a 3/4 ths majority. The other way is if 2/3 rds of the states proposes a Constitutional convention. Which god help us all if that happens.

They are leaking fake pee pee dossiers and prosecuting crimes of associates from before the campaign not related to T-man, does anyone really think they have "goods" on him.
