I was at the indoor range today and someone was shooting 308 next to me

I don't mind the noise, but when the muzzle flash blinds me from seeing my target, then it's kind of annoying.

Only happened to me once, I just had to stop and stand back and wait a minute.

I guess I try not to be "that guy."

That's why I prefer to train outside, with my friends. I can choose the circumstances and the company. For me, these factors are the main.

Try being on the live fire CALFEX ranged parked between two M60's (not the MG) with them firing 105 MM rounds with just my CVC helmet.....My ears are still screwed.
