    Please don't say yet that specific courses will count. They have to be approved as prior training by Illinois State Police, which hasn't happened yet. I'd hate for someone to sign up for a class thinking they will get part of the required training and end up having that course not be on the approved list.

    Thanks for the info. So knowing IL :puke: they will require a course where you will need to
    - field strip your handgun while wearing a blindfold
    - be able to recite the safety rules backwards in Klingon
    - Have a BMI of under 24

    Well then lets make it harder with one of your hands tied behind your back, while you stand on one leg.
    I've never tried - but I will just to see if I can :).

    I'm familiar enough with my weapons that I know *how* to do it without seeing them although I'm unsure if I can do some of the tasks required with only a single hand... I will find out though.
