    Friend of a friend, Corpus Christi Texas. Stuart was from Africa and was a US citizen. As there was a loan program to start a business specifically for African-Americans, he applied for it. Things were going good until he had to go in to finalize some paperwork and be interviewed. Turns out the program was only for Black African-Americans as he was denied because he was white. Go figure.
