Yeah, I know what the judgement was. I have no idea how the pled to charge has anything to do with the incident. In fact, I only have hearsay knowledge of the incident so I can't really speak on it.

When I saw the "Refusal to an aid an officer" I thought it sounded a lot like what they Court-martialed Billy Mitchell for (Conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline and of a nature to bring discredit to the service.) Pretty much BS that TPTB can use...
