    So their list of what makes us bad: " life factors (such as crimes rates, environmental quality, and health care), inclusiveness, voting rights, reproductive rights, protections against discrimination, and the quality and availability of childcare."

    So liberal states will do well.
    Exactly. When I saw all the liberal buzzwords I pretty much knew it was a worthless rating system.

    Interesting how at the bottom of the article is a link to the top 10 list for states with the best economy, and Indiana is listed #9. In fact, most of the "worst" states to live in are also listed as having the best economy. Liberal garbage.
