Nuts. We really need to get rid of IC 35-47-5-12 if for no other reason than it makes us Hoosiers look like a bunch of ignorant 1980s ninjaphobes.

True. I feel ashamed and dirty just knowing it's still there.

Unfortunately, couldn't give you any Kung Fu rep (have to spread it around a bit apparently).
Allow me, that's kinda my thing. ;)

I just received a big internet flyer from Midwest Gun Exchange...they are having a "special" pre sale. I'm not a knife expert, but the bunches of H&K and Sog and various other models all looked pretty nice. Amazing on how much a spring jacks the price of a knife up!

So i'm not seeing where auto knives are now legal. I looked over HEA 1563 and arent seeing it on the links provided in previous threads. Are auto knives now legal? Can you provide a link that shows this? Thanks

It appears KY allows switchblades if you have a CCDW permit. Since they have reciprocity and honor our LTCH, we should be able to carry a switchblade with our LTCH down there, yes?
Michigan seems to be a mess and likely is a no.
