Define "detachable". It could be meant to mean that the blade is able to be removed from the knife like any folder.

Because I only read the part about the penalties for illegal use of a suppressor while hunting and didn't even see the part about making them legal for hunting. Probably because I was reading it on my phone.

I think it's funny that firearms aren't illegal. Bows and cross bows aren't illegal.

As I read the new law one only needs to make sure a blade that is propelled from the handle is not detachible. Would not a cable between the handle and blade keep them connected? Thus it would not be detachable.
