I got my lifetime fishing license, and they later did away with it. That's why I got my
lifetime gun license, just in case they do away with it, too.

I heard this rumor about three years ago, and here we are three years later with no change. I think its the fear mongors at it again...

Best I have traced its origin is a clerk at the Howard County Sheriff's Department, but, like I've said, maybe see heard it from someone.
