    Where are the non-fatal shootings numbers? We are always one ambulance/medic away from a shooting becoming a killing.

    The last numbers I saw from late November showed NFS numbers were very much up. If it weren’t for officers carrying tourniquets, ambulances having the experience/equipment, and continuing advancements at hospitals, those homicide numbers would be way up.

    I seem to remember Lt. Col. Grossman touching on this subject while giving a presentation I attended. His take seemed to be that modern/emergent care was contributing to lower homicide rates, but I don't recall if there were overall stats to represent non-fatals, as vupd mentions.

    I remember that as well. NRAAMM in Louisville 2016?
