It is, I believe they got it from DRMO back before they started keeping them and re-furbing them to go overseas. They were free as long as ISP arranged to pick them up. We get a ton of stuff from DMRO. A few F250 trucks, a bus for the academy, assault packs for our recruits to use to carry classroom books, TV's, exercise equipment, boots, foliage camo BDU's, I got a brand new Gortex rain suit/paints in foliage camo. Great stuff.

And if State Police want to use Humvee's that is great and I am sure they will be use full, but I expect paint and decals.

That is not a steel bumper! It is made by a company called IbesTek. It is made out of Aluminum. If you sit on it to hard it will fall off. Let alone to try and run into some thing with it.

What a waste. Local LEO gets the DRMO stuff and acts as if its free goodies. We pay for these things people?! Yikes.

Besides ISP has no need for such a toy. IMPD however could really use one up in the 21st and Post area.

So yes, my hypocrisy only goes so far. ISP = no sensible acquisition IMO but IMPD heck yes they need that thing!
