Besides ISP has no need for such a toy. IMPD however could really use one up in the 21st and Post area.

So yes, my hypocrisy only goes so far. ISP = no sensible acquisition IMO but IMPD heck yes they need that thing!

Is 21st and post getting that bad? I dipped out in 2k4 and haven't looked back.
