Terrorism on a budget.
He looked a long time for that .22 ammo! Obviously had been planning it for years.
Terrorism on a budget.
A 10/22 and 100 rounds is a boring day at the range.
The bleach and ammonia is the bigger issue, but of course, we'll focus on the gun and ammo instead.
Hey, that 100rds cost him $75 from the INGO classifieds!
We are laughing at his supplies, but he has known history of Odd/stupid/dangerous behavior, has a homemade suppressor (whatver that means) and was looking at an upcoming court date with potential for a prison sentence. He could very well have been planning to go out in flames, and probably was.
proving intent is tough though.
Last year he was convicted of stealing police equipment, including an AR 15 rifle, and he's out on the streets!?!!
What did he get; a nasty look from the judge and 35 seconds of probation?
Maybe not, but you were in possession of "an arsenal"!oh crap....I was out last week with a 10/22, 500 rounds...PLUS a ruger mk1 and a mk3.......what was I? an invading army?
Looks like the "homemade suppressor" is the only thing that could be illegal under federal law.

It is all illegal for him. He is 922(g)(1) disqual'd.
unless they can nail him for planning a "terror attack", but if Ft Hood was just workplace violence I think it would be hard to label this terrorism.
THOUGHT crimes folks... thought crimes. The pre-cogs have already decided he was up to no good.
...except for the rifle that he had illegally....in the present.

Look, 2 of the 3 precogs said he was going to commit an act of terrorism.
