Update, this genius apparently was mapping out the home addresses of the presiding judge, the prosecutor on his case, and a police officer involved in his case a few days before he was headed south with his gun, silencer, and bottles of bleach and ammonia.

Heavily armed suspect had map to judge's home

Now he gets a new judge and I would be surprised if the feds don't 922 him.

And he loses his wallet .....

    85% of not enough.

(Sorry, figuring upward and downward departures under federal sentencing guidelines is like alchemy IMHO.)

So, at least a few misdemeanors and a felony? So, Cat III maybe?

Base level 12 maybe, add 2 for number of guns, add another 2 for suppressor. So . . . maybe 33-40 months?

I'll going to bet that there is a departure for the untaxed suppressor and an extreme departure for allegedly plotting to kill a judge.

*ALL ME GUESSING AS TO THE FACTS FOR SENTENCING. I DO NOT KNOW FOR CERTAIN. AND LEVELS ALL GUESSES OFF TOP OF HEAD.
