Update, this genius apparently was mapping out the home addresses of the presiding judge, the prosecutor on his case, and a police officer involved in his case a few days before he was headed south with his gun, silencer, and bottles of bleach and ammonia.

Now he gets a new judge and I would be surprised if the feds don't 922 him.

There is garden variety felon in possession but there are a whole bunch of enhancing factors and such to where I'm guessing it is more than five. Also, I would be surprised if there isn't an unreported charge related to the suppressor.

So, at least a few misdemeanors and a felony? So, Cat III maybe?

Base level 12 maybe, add 2 for number of guns, add another 2 for suppressor. So . . . maybe 33-40 months?

I'll going to bet that there is a departure for the untaxed suppressor and an extreme departure for allegedly plotting to kill a judge.
