Well to be honest there was a footer which said...op( I interpret that to mean original poster) do you you buy your $500 cigarettes the same place you buy your $500 tampons? To me that is just nasty and in my opinion inappropriate.

OP, your quote above is referencing my sig line. There was a thread a few years ago when Indiana passed their smoking ban, the OP in that thread stated basically that anyone that smoked needed shot and went on a big rant. Our own MrsG posted the line that became my sigline, I thought it was funny and appropriate. It's not there to offend, more to make the point of not to rag on something/someone you don't know or have control of.

I am here to express my delight that someone on INGO is butthurt over something other than Kirk Freeman telling people not to point guns at themselves or others!

Kirk, you're doing it wrong. If you quietly let those who are so inclined point guns at themselves, they will self-liquidate and will not get distressed at you or anyone else for anything! :):

I prefer them to pout in their safe spaces and get a lip shelf rather than set themselves on fire.

    Their behavior impacts us all.

I see where the OP got his idea about snarky people now, but it looks like he was the one with the attitude. He quoted my reply to the appearance thread in the carry issues section.

This is his reply to my above quote-

Ah did I strike a nerve with you? Perhaps. I don't know about $500 tampons. Since you seem to be in the know about them perhaps you could educate us all?

You must spend a lot of time on your knees?

I must be surfing the right threads. The places I hang out on INGO are pretty civil. I can even talk about buying a new Glock on the CZ thread and not get negative rep. Sure, there are some thin skinned folks that pop up on INGO sometimes but our society breeds that trait now days. If someone is an a##h###, just ignore them. Maybe they're having a bad day and this is their safe outlet.
