I'm curious what Ericpw has invested in to lose 12.5% in one day. Unfortunately, we can't see each others portfolios, so we really can't answer those kinds of questions.

I was really hoping that we would have options available. I have a couple of ideas for things that might move big this year that I'd like to put some option money into, but no dice.

I set it up with options, I thought.... but I tried today and it wouldst allow it. I could have made portfolios public but didn't think about it. I don't know if Eric is one of us or not...since it is open to anyone, but since I put no trade limit....he could have had 100,000 shares of 1 company and lost 12% quick and easy.

Ive had an investment game running on investopedia for 4-5 years now. Didn't know about this one.

I've invested in cars, guns and oil so far. A few really realky cheap stocks I found too. Did well on the cheap ones today.

I sold AAPL short yesterday in our game.....sold it for 99.50........hope to cover it this morning.
