    Don't Worry About It
all kittens are good for is feeding other animals and target practice.

im kidding, no one report me to PETA (people eating tasty animals)

nice dog, i hate how people think just because an animal is a certain breed it is dangerous. it is all about training and upbringing.

she is my 4 year old daughters protector and shadow. Its very comforting to know that when I let her play in the back yard (even though its fenced in) that NO ONE is gonna harm my daughter or even get close without me hearing about it (like if im in my garage for a sec)

she is the most loving dog and smartest dog I have ever had in my life.

hard to believe she was once this big; (5 weeks)

I only SLIGHTLY disagree with you on this.
You're right that training and upbringing are the MOST important.

The various breeds of dogs were originally bred to perform a certain job, and with that job a certain general temperament was also bred in, so the breed of a dog can't be TOTALLY discounted.

This is true BUT no breed was intended to be the monster that some breeds are depicted as. And what is/isn't a family breed varies by country. Know what you have, train young, and be consistent - any dog can be a family pet, some just take more time and experience.

That photo with the cats head in Darby's mouth is too funny. That cat has a look on his face like he's hoping no one puts this picture on the internet.:):

True. For years, especially when I was growing up, the Doberman had the bad rep crown and now you hardly even hear about the breed. Now some may even have thought they were on the brink of extinction.
