    Geez...all you auto guys should form a clubhouse or something...My J-Frame got polished hammer and sear surfaces, polished internal frame surfaces, new wolff mainspring (stock power but nicer feel) and reduced power rebound spring. I put a thousand or so (no kidding) rounds through it before I started to carry it after those changes without any issues. I carry that gun every day and I trust my life with it. It is a great point-shooting gun.

    XD-40 is stock, would really like to add night sights to it though.

    Glock-20 (my pride and joy) has night sights and an internal laser.

    My XD-40s are stock, except for some hand-polishing of internal friction points. Can't improve perfection...:cheers:


    The GP100 I carry in the winter has some slight mods-Wolff Springs, HiViz sights, some internal and external polishing.
