Wow they could get nuclear warheads and drop them on us from cargo ships.
From any ship that could carry a cargo container(looks like a bulk dry goods ship not cargo carrier). China has had ballistic missiles in cargo container launchers for quite awhile now. It would be all to easy to get a couple containers with missiles close to the USA....if they are not already.

Iran launching ballistic missiles, from cargo containers on a ship a sea in drill.

Modern day Q-ship. Containerized missile launchers have been around for a while, and they're very neat. If I were in charge of a small-medium power like Iran this is exactly the kind of capability I'd be investing in. Containers are ubiquitous and as long as you have functioning and busy ports you can play the container shell game all day long. As long as they are placed appropriately on the ship, you could even have a skeleton crew of stowaways deploy them on an unknowingly cargo carrier once in range.

Obviously it's easy to backtrace the trajectory and sink the ship later, but that doesn't matter when the payload is on its way. Does seem like it would be difficult to rack up and fire enough of a volley to overwhelm prepared air defense, though, there's only so many top level container slots on a ship. Great weapon against unprepared targets, though, and the deterrance value is high as containers are far too numerous to successfully track via intelligence.

sigh....this administration is determined to destroy every ally of the USA.

Do not forget the work of US based NGO's funding riots in Israel as well.
